ووقف الجالي يرافقه رئيس بلدية خميس مشيط م. عوض ملفي القحطاني، على المشروع الاستثماري لمعارض السيارات الجديد بخميس مشيط، على طريق وادي بن هشبل، والمنفذ على مساحة إجمالية بلغت 543300
متر مربع.
ويُعد من أكبر معارض السيارات في المملكة، إذ يحتوي على 150 موقعًا، ويحتوي على مناطق عرض للشاحنات وساحة الحراج والمزادات الرقمية.
